Application:

Fully automatic multicolor silicone cartridge screen printing machine is made up of 1 set major printing machine and 2~3 sets ancillary printing machines. It contains: automatically cartridges feeding unit, automatically surface flame treatment unit, printing machine part and the UV drying furnace. It means that the machine can make a blank cartridge to be printed with 3~4 colors, and the printing ink is already dry after appearance from the UV drying furnace. It saves the traditional procedure of airing the cartridges. The printed cartridges can be directly sent to the filling workshop to be filled. This printing machine can be used for most of cylindrical plastic cartridges, bottles, glass bottles, metal-made containers.

Features:

This machine is also a very new design product, and it adopts several advanced special techniques. All-electric drive components and control system using a full set of components imported from Germany and Japan to ensure stable printing quality. . After several months back and forth detections, this machine can run very stablely, there is no collision phenomenon. In addition, structure of the silk screen part have been done strengthening treatment, so it’ll not not swing around, and make sure the sammeld ruck to be more accurate.
